 The process of buying from Oakdale was very good from start to finish. I was unsure of which model sideboard to buy but they were very patient sending me pictures of different ones. I am so pleased with the one I eventually purchased. It has been beautifully restored snd was a very good price considering the cost of modern versions. Delivery, payment etc was faultless. I can’t recommend Oakdale Restorations highly enough.
From the moment I saw “my precious” (a Beautility sideboard!) in their workshop in May there has been 5 star customer service all the way.
French polished and delivered I vowed to cherish it like a new born.
But …a few weeks ago, clumsy me managed to damage the surface and cause a water mark/ring.
I could have cried (I think I actually did) but the Oakdale team came to the rescue without a moments hesitation.
They came out to help within days of me just asking for advice.
I don’t know what magical powers Rob possesses but he restored the damaged area before my very eyes. Amazing !!
I don’t think I’ve ever come across such fantastic service from any company large or small.
